AIRFIELD DESCRIPTION

The runways and taxiways are described as follows:

1 The runways are 9L-27R, 9C-27C, 18-36, and 9R-27L.
2 Taxiway Bravo lies south of Runway 9L-27R and is the taxiway leading to Taxiways Kilo, Bravo 1-2-3-4, and Lima. It also joins with Taxiway Romeo at the east end.
3 Taxiway Bravo lies north of Runway 9C-27C. Runway 9C-27C joins with Taxiway Lima on the west, and Runway 18-36 on the east.
4 Taxiway Romeo parallels Runway 18-36. It lies to the west of the runway and is the taxiway leading to that runway.
5 Taxiway Lima connects Runway 9L at a point approximately 2,500 feet from the approach end. Taxiway Lima also runs south to the approach end of Runway 9C, and ends at Taxiway Charlie and the terminal/transient ramp.
6 Taxiway Charlie runs from the west to Taxiway Kilo and east to end of Runway 9L to connect with Runway 18-36, then continues across to Bravo 4 at the approach end of Runway 27R.
7 Taxiway Echo connects Runway 36 with Taxiway Romeo at a point approximately 2,000 feet from the approach end.

MOVEMENT AND SAFETY AREAS

The movement area available for air carriers includes all of the elements listed below:

1 Runway 9L-27R is asphalt with a takeoff distance of 9,600 feet long by 150 feet wide. It also has a landing distance of 8,600 feet when landing on runway 9L, and 9,000 feet when landing on runway 27R.
2 Runway 18-36 is concrete/asphalt, and 6,000 feet long by 150 feet wide.
3 Both runway 9L and 18-36 have safety areas 500 feet wide, centered on the runways and extending 1,000 feet beyond the ends of the runways.
4 Runway 9C-27C is 3,578 feet long by 75 feet wide, and connects east to Taxiway Charlie at Bravo 4. It can be used as an air carrier taxiway by exiting on taxiway Mike to the terminal ramp.
5 The taxiways are asphalt. Taxiways Charlie, Bravo and Lima are all 75 feet wide. All other taxiways are 50 feet wide.
6 The taxiway safety areas are 250 feet wide, centered on the taxiway centerline.
7 Runway 9R-27L is 3,500 feet long by 75 feet wide.
